SAPO-34 Zeolite TDS
This technical data sheet covers the current standard SAPO-34 molecular-sieve powder. The February 2026 handbook lists powder in bulk bags for MTO, methane-to-olefins, and flue-gas denitrification; it does not publish microsphere size, binder content, attrition, density, or finished-catalyst performance specifications. Spray-dried microspheres and binder-containing MTO catalysts therefore require a separate technical agreement, quotation, and batch COA.
Typical Specifications
| Parameter | Typical Range | Test Method |
|---|---|---|
| Nominal Si:P:Al molar ratio | 0.2:1:1 | XRF or ICP-OES |
| BET surface area | >500 m²/g | N₂ adsorption, BET method |
| Pore size | ~3.8 Å | 8-MR CHA windows |
| Primary crystal size | 500-2000 nm | SEM |
| Powder particle size (D50) | Confirm by batch and COA | Laser diffraction |
| Loss on Ignition | ≤8 wt% | 600 °C, 3h (template removal) |
| XRD crystallinity | ≥90% | vs CHA reference standard |
| Framework | CHA | XRD confirmation |
Available Form
- Standard SAPO-34 powder for MTO, methane-to-olefins, and denitrification evaluation
- Custom composition, microsphere, binder, or shaped-catalyst requirements subject to technical confirmation
Certificate of Analysis
The batch COA records the agreed release parameters, which may include Si, Al, and P composition, BET surface area, powder particle-size distribution, LOI, and XRD crystallinity. Primary crystal size and formulated microsphere size are separate specifications.
To request a sample with COA, specify the application, reactor type, required product form, quantity, and acceptance tests.
