MTP Catalyst for Methanol-to-Propylene
ZC-MTP-1 is a proprietary ZSM-5-based catalyst formulated specifically for methanol-to-propylene (MTP) processes. It combines a high-performance H-ZSM-5 zeolite with an alumina binder system optimised for fixed-bed MTP reactor operation.
The product handbook identifies H-ZSM-5 with an alumina binder and a cylindrical extrudate form for fixed-bed MTP service. The public specification does not state a Si/Al acceptance range, so that value should be confirmed from the applicable batch specification rather than inferred from the zeolite component.
