SSZ-13 Zeolite TDS
This technical data sheet covers the current standard SSZ-13 base powder in Na-form, NH₄-form, and H-form. The February 2026 handbook lists flue-gas denitrification as an application, but it does not publish Cu-SSZ-13 or Fe-SSZ-13 finished-catalyst grades, metal loadings, or SCR performance specifications. Metal-exchanged products therefore require a separate technical agreement, quotation, and batch COA.
Typical Specifications

| Standard catalogue bands | 12-14, 16-18, 20-22, 28-30, 30-80 | Product selection range |
| BET surface area | >600 m²/g | N₂ adsorption |
| Pore opening | ~3.8 Å | 8-MR CHA |
| Primary crystal size | 200-500 nm or 500-2000 nm | SEM |
| Available cation forms | Na, NH₄, H | Product specification |
| Na₂O content | Confirm by selected ion form and COA | XRF or AAS |
| Powder particle size (D50) | Confirm by grade and COA | Laser diffraction |
| XRD crystallinity | Confirm by grade and COA | vs CHA reference |
Available Forms
- H-SSZ-13 powder (precursor for custom ion exchange)
- NH₄-SSZ-13 powder (alternative precursor, easier exchange)
- Cu/Fe exchange or washcoat-specific material only after technical confirmation
Certificate of Analysis
The batch COA records the agreed release parameters for the selected base powder, which may include SiO₂/Al₂O₃, BET, Na₂O, powder particle size, and XRD. Any metal-exchanged catalyst requires its own metal-loading, activity, and durability acceptance criteria.
To request a sample with COA, specify the target SAR, Na/NH₄/H form, crystal or powder particle-size requirement, quantity, and application. For SCR development, state whether you need base SSZ-13 or a separately qualified metal-exchanged catalyst.
