How to Specify Your Requirements

When requesting a quote or placing an order, please provide the following parameters:

Chemical specifications:

• Target SiO2/Al2O3 (molar ratio) (standard range 5-80+)
• Desired cation form: H-form (standard), NH4-form precursor
• Na2O content requirement (standard: ≤ 0.10 wt%)
• Residual Na2O content (low sodium for maximum acidity)

Physical specifications:

• Particle size (D50) and distribution
• Form factor: powder, extrudates, or microspheres
• Required quantity (kg, MT, or annual volume)

Application context (recommended):

• Target reaction or process
• Operating conditions (temperature, pressure, atmosphere)
• Reactor type and configuration

Minimum Order Quantities

Smaller quantities may be available on request for rapid screening.

Lead Times

Lead times depend on current production schedule and grade complexity.

Quality Documentation

Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) with:

• SiO2/Al2O3 ratio (XRF)
• BET surface area
• XRD crystallinity
• unit cell size, Na2O content, crystallinity
• Particle size distribution
• Loss on ignition
