Isomer Separation Adsorbent for Xylene and Dichlorobenzene
ZC-ISO-1 is a binder-free hydrophobic MFI zeolite adsorbent engineered for the selective separation of aromatic isomers, including xylenes, dichlorobenzenes, and dichlorotoluenes. Its binder-free MFI framework achieves crystallinity equivalent to pristine MFI crystals while delivering mechanical strength superior to conventional binder-containing zeolite adsorbents.
The adsorbent undergoes a proprietary post-synthesis treatment that imparts exceptional hydrophobicity (hydrophobicity index Hn > 7), enabling it to preferentially adsorb non-polar and weakly polar organic molecules over water. This combination of shape-selective MFI pore structure and high hydrophobicity makes ZC-ISO-1 effective both in isomer separation applications and in VOC treatment under humid conditions.
