What is VOC Adsorbent for Low-Humidity Industrial Exhaust

ZC-VOC-B is a basic-grade zeolite VOC adsorbent designed for cost-effective removal of volatile organic compounds from industrial exhaust streams with low to moderate humidity levels (below 50% RH).

It is part of ZeoCatalyst’s tiered VOC adsorbent system, where each grade is optimised for a specific humidity range:

• ZC-VOC-B — Basic, for low-humidity environments
• ZC-VOC-M — Medium, for humid conditions (50-80% RH)
• ZC-VOC-P — Premium, for high-humidity and demanding applications (> 80% RH)

ZC-VOC-B provides moderate hydrophobicity combined with high adsorption capacity for a wide variety of VOC molecules. It is well suited to paint booths, solvent handling facilities, printing operations, and chemical storage vents where exhaust humidity is controlled or naturally low.

The adsorbent captures VOCs through physisorption and is regenerable by thermal desorption at 200-350 deg C.
