VOC Adsorbent for High-Humidity Semiconductor Exhaust
ZC-VOC-P is a premium-grade hydrophobic zeolite VOC adsorbent with excellent hydrophobicity for the most demanding applications — including electronics manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, and pharmaceutical processing where exhaust humidity exceeds 80% RH and stringent emission limits apply.
The adsorbent delivers outstanding hydrophobicity combined with high adsorption capacity, especially for non-polar organic molecules. Low thermal effects during adsorption-desorption cycling make ZC-VOC-P particularly suited for concentrator systems (rotor concentrators, thermal swing units) where energy efficiency matters.
