How to Specify Your Requirements

When requesting a quote or placing an order, please provide the following parameters:

Chemical specifications:

• Target SiO2/Al2O3 (molar ratio) (Na-Y: 2.5-6+)
• Desired cation form: Na-form (standard), NH4-form, H-form
• Na2O content requirement (standard: ≤ 2-13 (Na-form) or < 0.1 (H-form) wt%)
• Na2O content (high for Na-Y ion exchange, low for HY or USY precursor routes)

Physical specifications:

• Particle size (D50) and distribution
• Form factor: powder, custom on request
• Required quantity (kg, MT, or annual volume)

Application context (recommended):

• Target reaction or process
• Operating conditions (temperature, pressure, atmosphere)
• Reactor type and configuration

Also state whether you need a standard Na-Y precursor, NH4-Y intermediate, or a finished HY or USY catalyst. This prevents a precursor-grade Y zeolite quote from being compared with an acidic finished-product grade.

Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) with:

• Loss on ignition
