How to Specify Your Requirements
When requesting a quote or placing an order, please provide the following parameters:
Chemical specifications:
- Target SiO2/Al2O3 (molar ratio): 20-1000 standard; 1500+ specialty subject to confirmation
- Desired cation form: H-form, NH4-form, Na-form
- Na2O content requirement (standard: ≤ 0.05 wt%)
- Crystal morphology preference: nano polycrystal (N-series) or single crystal rod (C-series)
Physical specifications:
- Particle size (D50) and distribution
- Form factor: powder (0.1-5 um), extrudates (1.5-3 mm), custom
- Required quantity (kg, MT, or annual volume)
Application context (recommended):
- Target reaction or process
- Operating conditions (temperature, pressure, atmosphere)
- Reactor type and configuration

Quality Documentation
Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) with:
- SiO2/Al2O3 ratio (XRF)
- BET surface area
- XRD crystallinity
- SiO2/Al2O3 ratio, crystallinity (vs MFI reference)
- Particle size distribution
- Loss on ignition
