How to Buy SSZ-13
Use this page when you are ready to buy SSZ-13 zeolite for a named evaluation, pilot, or commercial requirement. It is the transaction-focused route for selecting the base-powder specification, requesting a sample or quotation, and aligning documents, MOQ, and lead time. For supplier qualification, see the separate SSZ-13 supplier page.
The current standard supply is SSZ-13 CHA base powder in Na-form, NH4-form, or H-form. Cu- or Fe-exchanged, washcoat-ready, and shaped products require a separate technical agreement before they can be quoted or accepted against a COA.
Buying Inputs to Confirm Before Quotation
| Purchasing input | What to state | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Supply scope | Standard Na-, NH4-, or H-form base powder; or a separately qualified exchanged/shaped product | Establishes whether the request fits the published supply range or needs a technical agreement |
| SiO2/Al2O3 ratio | Target range within 10-80; identify a preferred band when known | Controls the base-powder selection and ion-exchange capacity |
| Particle-size requirement | State whether you need primary crystal size or powder D50, plus the target range | These are different measurements and affect evaluation, handling, and formulation |
| Application | SCR development, research, or another use case; include key operating conditions | Helps distinguish base-powder supply from a custom catalyst request |
| Quantity and destination | Sample, pilot, or commercial quantity; delivery country and required date | Supports MOQ, packing, freight, and lead-time review |
| Documents | Required TDS, COA fields, MSDS, or extra test data | Defines the batch-release documentation before order confirmation |
Standard Supply and Custom Requests
| Request type | Procurement route |
|---|---|
| Na-, NH4-, or H-form CHA base powder | Confirm SAR, form, crystal size or D50, quantity, and required COA fields against the SSZ-13 TDS |
| Lab or pilot evaluation | Use the sample request page with application, quantity, destination, and document requirements |
| Commercial volume | Request a quotation with expected volume, packing, destination, and delivery requirement |
| Cu/Fe-exchanged, washcoat-ready, or shaped material | Share the target metal loading, form, test method, and acceptance criteria; supply requires separate technical confirmation |
The published base-powder range is SiO2/Al2O3 10-80, BET above 600 m2/g, and primary crystal sizes of 200-500 nm or 500-2000 nm. Confirm the actual selected grade and batch data in the TDS and COA; do not treat a primary crystal-size range as powder D50.
MOQ, Lead Time, and Documentation
MOQ and lead time depend on the selected base-powder grade, requested form, quantity, packing, destination, and whether the request is standard or custom. Include these inputs in the first quotation request instead of assuming a universal minimum or delivery window.
For a standard base-powder order, ask for the agreed COA fields such as SiO2/Al2O3, BET, Na2O, XRD, and powder particle size. A custom metal-exchanged catalyst requires an additional COA agreement that can cover metal loading, dispersion, activity, aging, or other application-specific criteria.
Order Sequence
- Define the material scope — Choose a standard Na-, NH4-, or H-form base powder, or flag a custom exchanged/shaped request.
- Share the technical brief — Provide SAR, form, crystal size or D50, application, quantity, destination, and required TDS or COA fields.
- Review sample or quote details — Confirm availability, MOQ, lead time, packing, and the agreed specification before release.
- Approve the procurement route — Use a sample for evaluation, or proceed with commercial terms and batch documentation for an order.
For custom Si/Al ratio, particle size, ion form, or shaped material, review custom zeolite specifications before requesting a quotation. See packaging and shipping for logistics inputs, or contact ZeoCatalyst when the purchasing brief is ready.
Request a Sample or Quote
Share your zeolite catalyst product, application, required specification, and quantity so the right TDS, COA, sample, or quotation can be matched to your evaluation.
