What is VOC Adsorbent for Humid Exhaust Treatment

ZC-VOC-M is a medium-grade hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent optimised for VOC removal from humid exhaust streams operating at 50-80% relative humidity.

Its improved hydrophobicity over the basic ZC-VOC-B grade means less competitive water adsorption, preserving VOC capacity even when the exhaust gas carries significant moisture. This makes ZC-VOC-M suitable for chemical processing exhaust, drying oven vents, coating and painting operations with uncontrolled humidity, and general manufacturing ventilation where steam or ambient moisture is present.

ZC-VOC-M captures VOCs via physisorption and is regenerable by thermal desorption at 200-350 deg C in air or inert gas.
